Payments & Orders

We accept PayPal, and all major credit cards such as: Visa, American Express, and MasterCard. Customer transactions will be processed through Squarespace.

All fine jewelry, custom orders, and silver pieces are handmade and made to order in NYC. Due to the nature of each piece being custom cast the actual product may vary slightly from the photos on the website. These photos are used as a visual reference only.

Please note that once an order has been placed on our MAS Bisjoux E-Commerce site, we are not able to modify, or cancel your order. All sales are final. We work hard to ensure our customers happiness, if not totally satisfied with your piece, or size we can do an exchange on a case by case situation. The piece must be exchanged within 5-7 days of receipt. You are responsible for all shipping costs for returns and exchanges.

Repairs

If your MAS Bisjoux needs a repair within 30 days of receipt, caused by manufacturer error, please email info@masbisjoux.com. Repairs will take 2-4 weeks and at no cost. Repairs after 30 days of receipt will be assessed on an individual basis and additional repair charge will be billed to the customer accordingly, as well as shipment. We do not replate gold plated pieces after 30 days of receipt.

Customer Orders

Custom orders can be purchased through our website. We ask that if you want to personalize an order, please email info@masbisjoux.com. Custom orders will be handled and confirmed by a sales representative. Custom orders do not go into production until full advance payment has been received. Since custom orders are personally created please allow 4-6 weeks for development and shipping.
